The Shawnee board approved its consent docket at the May 5 meeting following a procedural split: a motion by Casey White removed consent item 3 for separate vote; the remainder of the consent docket passed 7-0. The separated consent item 3 was then approved with a recorded abstention by Casey White (noted as "Abstain (With Conflict)") and six affirmative votes.
