Pendleton board extends audit services contract through 2031
The board approved a multi-year audit services contract with Cockburn & McClintock, LLC, with no increase in year one and 3% annual increases thereafter; the motion passed unanimously.

The Pendleton School District Board approved a proposal from Cockburn & McClintock, LLC to continue audit services through the 2030–31 audit on May 11, 2026. Michelle Jones, Director of Business Services, presented the proposal and explained that the contract includes a 0% fee increase for the first year and 3% increases in subsequent years, consistent with prior agreements.
