Pendleton board approves three-year agreement with OSEA
Pendleton School District 16R approved a three-year collective bargaining agreement with OSEA Chapter 115, effective July 1, 2026–June 30, 2029, in a unanimous vote. The board described the deal as the result of collaborative negotiations that aim to balance competitive compensation and fiscal stability.

The Pendleton School District 16R Board of Directors unanimously approved a three-year collective bargaining agreement with the Oregon School Employees Association Chapter 115 on May 11, 2026. Director Patrick Gregg moved to approve the agreement and Director Jill Pace seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
