Superintendent Kim Kellison presented the district's Integrated Plan reporting framework to the board, explaining objectives tied to the Student Investment Account, Early Literacy, Career and Technical Education, and other grants. She said the district will use longitudinal growth measures such as 3rd-grade reading, 8th-grade math, four- and five-year cohort completion, and 9th-grade on-track as primary performance indicators.
