Winlock council adopts new climate element into 2026 Comprehensive Plan with Resolution 2026-01
The council unanimously approved Resolution 2026-01 to add a climate element to the 2026 Comprehensive Plan, including greenhouse gas reduction and resilience goals and policies. Mayor Marincin read the resolution title before the unanimous vote.
