The Three Rivers ISD Board of Trustees voted to approve a resolution to the Texas Legislature addressing recapture and school finance during its Dec. 16 meeting. Trustee Thomas Salazar moved the motion and Trustee Darrell Pullin seconded; the motion passed 6-0 with one absence.
