The Three Rivers ISD Board of Trustees voted to approve a third-party review of design-build structural repair projects and to contract Lundy & Franke Engineering Inc. to perform that review. Trustee Darrell Pullin made the motion and Trustee Rick Sowell seconded; the motion passed with six yeas and one absence.
