Waelder ISD board approves Bluebonnet Implementation Plan
The Waelder ISD Board unanimously approved the district's Bluebonnet Implementation Plan on Sept. 22, 2025 after a recommendation from Superintendent Dr. Ron Lilie. Motion by Troy Sullivan, second by Avery Williams.

Superintendent Dr. Ron Lilie recommended that the board approve the Bluebonnet Implementation Plan; the board voted unanimously to adopt the plan during the Sept. 22 meeting. Trustee Troy Sullivan moved to approve the plan and Trustee Avery Williams seconded; the motion carried with a recorded unanimous vote.
