The West Long Branch Borough Council approved final payment and a change order related to the FY 2021 Park Improvements Program on Feb. 4, 2026. Payment Certificate No. 6 and final was approved in the amount of $3,434.50 to PRECISE CONSTRUCTION (1016 Highway 33, Freehold, NJ 07728), and Change Order No. 3 (final) reflecting a net decrease of $64,738.00 was authorized for the mayor's signature, per the Borough Engineer's recommendation.
