At the Sept. 16 meeting, Gwen Gilliam, director of student services, Kevin Roy, West Rusk Chief of Police, and Superintendent Lawrence Coleman briefed trustees on the district’s Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) and a Cybersecurity Annex. The minutes indicate that because of safety and security issues, related reports must be handled in closed session.
