Rob, representing the Community Development Department, summarized two staff reports required for planning and statutory compliance: the 2024 Housing Affordability Report and the department's 2024 annual development report. "This report is required by Wisconsin state statute and this requires municipalities with over 10,000 people to report on their housing element implementation plan," he told the board as he introduced the housing data and zoning information.
