The West Rusk County Consolidated Independent School District Board of Trustees met for a budget workshop on Aug. 26, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. in the district administration/board room; the time and place had been posted in the required manner. President Sandra Smith opened the session and said, "this meeting is a budget workshop open to the public." Mindee Mata, the district business manager, and Superintendent Lawrence Coleman conducted the meeting.
