After closed session, West Oso ISD board approves recommendation for 21st Century Program director
Following a closed-session personnel discussion citing Texas Government Code §§551.074, 551.071 and 551.129, the board voted to approve the recommendation for the WOISD 21st Century Program Director; motion carried 6-1-0.

The West Oso ISD Board of Trustees approved the recommendation for the district's 21st Century Program Director after returning from closed session on Dec. 16. The board cited Texas Government Code Sections 551.074 (personnel matters), 551.071 (consultation with attorney) and 551.129 in entering closed session. In open session the motion to approve the recommendation was made by Ms. Shirley Jordan and seconded by Ms. Belinda Gonzalez; the motion carried 6-1-0 with Ms. Liz Gutierrez recorded as voting Nay.
