The Commission conducted the second reading of Ordinance No. 1844‑26 to create a Qualified Contractor Certification Review Process for development or redevelopment applications and to revise the subdivision plat approval process. Mayor Bates opened and closed the public hearing with no public speakers; City Attorney Mary Sneed read the title and Commissioner Reece moved to adopt the ordinance on second and final reading. The motion carried unanimously.
