A committee member asked the board to approve spending roughly $1,200 to purchase 30 soccer uniforms and an additional $250 in supplies after inventory showed only five of 30 uniforms were returned. The member said they had contacted vendors and that Pumpkin Harbor quoted about $28–$28.75 per uniform, estimating total costs near $900 for jerseys and shorts and about $1,200 with extra supplies.
