The new CR map prompted a boundary check: surveyors did not find a monument marking one corner near Field 2. Committee members compared the map to the town assessor's map and concluded the CR should likely go to the river property line; the chair said she would ask the surveyor to verify the corner and to adjust the CR boundary to the river if appropriate. Staff also agreed to add signage examples in the plan to identify sandy‑slope management areas and to ensure the BDR includes the terminology Missy Ann suggested.
