Douglas County launches freight cluster program with ARC and Douglasville

Kristen Moses told the Douglas County Board of Commissioners on Aug. 4 that the county, in partnership with the Atlanta Regional Commission, the city of Douglasville and POND & Company, has launched the Douglas County Freight Cluster Program to identify freight needs and develop strategies that support safety, mobility and economic growth.
The announcement listed ways residents can learn about the project, meeting dates, and how to share input via the county website. The county staff asked residents to visit douglascountyga.gov and look for the freight cluster plan on the homepage for details and upcoming opportunities for public engagement.
