Red Oak ISD approved Guaranteed Maximum Price Bid Package 02 (Structural) for the new elementary school from Joeris General Contractors. The motion passed 6–0 following presentation by CFO Dr. Bill Johnston.

The Board voted to approve the Guaranteed Maximum Price Bid Package 02 (Structural) for the district's new elementary school. Dr. Bill Johnston presented the Joeris General Contractors proposal; John Anderson moved to approve and Donna Knight seconded. The motion passed 6–0.
