The Rockwall ISD Board of Trustees voted to seek competitive sealed proposals for replacement of security cameras and the district's video management software (VMS) at Rockwall High School and Rockwall-Heath High School. The motion, recorded in the minutes, was made by Grant DuBois and seconded by Dr. Bart Miller; the board approved the recommendation 6-0, 1 absent (Frank Conselman).
