The April 20, 2026 meeting was conducted with public videoconference access under an Open Meetings Act procedure announced by the governor; the agenda and joining instructions were posted online and the public could participate via Zoom. The agenda states: "It is the intent of the Board of Trustees to conduct this meeting via videoconference for the public, pursuant to the Open Meetings Act procedure announced by Governor Abbott. Under these procedures, the public will be permitted to participate in the videoconference by logging on at the following web address https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87699708839 Meeting ID: 882 4111 6329."
