County staff presented a proposed countywide wrecker and towing services order that would replace the current zoned rotation with a single countywide rotation list, require TDLR licensing and an in-County vehicle storage facility for eligibility, and set two primary rotation companies alternating weekly. The draft would also ask the selected wrecker to handle an entire incident when capable, moving down the list only when a company lacks capacity.
