After executive session, board directs staff to draft response letters for multiple disclosure matters
Following executive-session review of disclosure letters, a waiver request, and two disclosure forms, the Orange County Board of Ethics directed Secretary LaVelle to draft letters to the individuals involved and assigned Megan Bassler to draft a separate letter for DFAO-01-26.

After reconvening from executive session at 4:12 p.m., the Orange County Board of Ethics voted to instruct Secretary LaVelle to draft response letters to the individuals involved with Disclosure Letters DL-02-26 and DL-03-26, Waiver Request W-01-26, and disclosure forms DFAO-02-26 and DFAO-03-26. The motion was made by Chair Paul K. Johnson, seconded by Melissa Bonacic, and carried.
