Trustees authorized the director to apply for the Sustainable & Resilient New England Libraries Grant and said the library would supplement any remaining retrofit costs with municipal funds or impact fees; the chairman asked to review the application before submission.

At the Feb. 19 meeting the Laconia Public Library Board of Trustees authorized Director Deann Hunter to apply for the Sustainable & Resilient New England Libraries Grant. Trustee Aaron Bassett moved the authorization and Trustee Sally Sessler seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
