Well House project gets additional change orders; engineer reports permit expected

CES engineer Adam Bunge told the Committee the Illinois EPA had verbally indicated the Well House construction permit should have been issued and that the village will need to retest for radium and gross alpha during the final water-quality testing required for operating permits. He summarized pending items including fiber/SCADA connections and mass grading around the well site.
