District Engineer Charlie Krebs and PSGRC General Manager Eric Long explained that relocating inlets for Phase II was necessary after touring the site with homeowners and reviewing existing conditions. Mr. Blumenthal and Mr. Long said the end result will function to eliminate standing water; staff described the change as needed given field conditions.
