River Ridge adopts Resolution 2025-01 to elect officers, remove prior appointee
The board adopted Resolution 2025-01 to elect its officers (Schultz as Chair, Mountford Vice Chair, Blumenthal and Twombly Assistant Secretaries, and Keith Merrill Assistant Secretary) and remove James Gilman from the board; the motion passed unanimously.

At the Oct. 22 meeting the River Ridge Board adopted Resolution 2025-01, which elects the listed slate of officers and removes a prior Assistant Secretary from the roll. Kurt Blumenthal nominated the slate and the motion passed with a unanimous vote.
