County administrator Jeff Taylor told commissioners that Downtown Goshen Inc. requested use of the Historic Courthouse Lawn in Goshen for an event scheduled Oct. 2 and recommended approval "in accordance with ordinance numbers 2025-35, 2026-16" and any time limits the ordinance permits. The request was framed as a routine permit matter and presented with the cited ordinance references.
