Sun Valley council approves $352,500 for Mountain Rides transit services

Mountain Rides requested $352,500 in funding for transit services during the July 8 Sun Valley special council meeting. Council President Keith Saks noted concern about steadily increasing requests; Council Member Jane Conard suggested approving the request (and discussed possibly adding $30,000), while Council Member Brad DuFur advocated for approving the amount Mountain Rides requested. The council approved $352,500 as requested.
