During the unfinished-business portion of the meeting the prosecutor provided updates on multiple Notices and Orders to Correct. The Higginbotham matter at 604 Madison remains in process; proceedings are ongoing for Adcox at 608 Washington. The prosecutor said notices for Deloris Hougardy (608 Garfield) and Dan Rush (402 Washington) had been filed with the court.
