Elko County GIS adds address points, flags ZIP and mapping errors affecting emergency response
County GIS staff told the board they added 23 address points and are correcting incorrect ZIP codes and road names in Google/third-party mapping to improve EMS and dispatch accuracy; staff will also share updates with other county departments to avoid integration issues.
