Commission signs construction-engineering agreement for flex projects; costs covered by flex fund

A staff member presented two contracts with the state for previously bid flex projects: Midwest Contracting is the contractor and KLJ will perform construction engineering. "I would ask for approval of the agreement and for chair and auditor signature on the DocuSign document," the staff member said, adding that the agreement costs will be paid in full by the flex fund.
Commissioner Bierke moved approval with a second and the commission approved the contracts by voice vote. Staff said they will finalize signatures and return paperwork as required by program terms.
