A motion to approve a 'PowerSchool Litigation Resolution' was moved by Board member Aaron Wittorp during new business. Board President Geoffrey Rose then made a new motion, supported by Aaron Wittorp, to rescind that approval; the rescission passed unanimously on roll call with seven ayes and zero nays.
