Mayor Sue Anderson invited Kelle Cantrell, General Manager of West Warren Viola Utility District (WWVUD), to address the board during unfinished business. Cantrell introduced Keith Sims, WWVUD Plant Superintendent, and Nathaniel Green, consulting engineer with James C. Hailey & Co., and then answered the board’s questions about the utility’s relationship with the town.
