The I & T committee reported several public‑works contracts and engineering agreements for council consideration. Chairwoman Juan Garza said the low bid for replacing three rooftop units at Aurora Police Department headquarters was $297,430 with an additional 10 percent ($29,743) indicated; the committee recommended approval of the award to Art Lib and Sons, Inc.
