Administrators from across the district presented to the board on the High-Reliability Schools (HRS) framework and its effects on school operations. Presenters said the framework supplies accountability and consistency; Albert Lea High School has reached Level 2 certification and is working toward Level 3, while other district schools are reported at Level 1 working toward Level 2.
