County schedules public hearing for sewer administration building bond resolution
The Multifunctional Process Control and Administration Project (MFPCAP) is in design; committee members were told the required public hearing on the bonding resolution was not held and a hearing was scheduled for Aug. 21, 2026 to address that procedural step.

The committee was briefed on the MFPCAP project, which would demolish and reconstruct the sewer district’s administration building and laboratory. Staff said the project is in design and about to go out to bid for demolition and reconstruction.
