Chairman Baker called the meeting to order at 11:04 A.M. and opened by describing recent industrial closures that he said will hit the county hard. "This is going to be absolutely devastating and he does not think there is a metric that can show the impact that this closure is going to have all the way into Maine," Baker said, referencing Finch Paper's announced pulp mill closure and other shutdowns in the region.
