Rob Gilder outlined the permit‑ready plan sets the commission will use as the baseline designs for a 12‑unit pilot. “We have the plan set that is the the smallest unit called the Lily or Lille, which is 480 square feet, 1 bedroom, on 1 level,” he said, and described other models — Sydney (~600 sq ft), Sinclair (~800 sq ft), Blakely (800 sq ft, two‑story), Salish (~1,000 sq ft ADU) and Kitsap (672–834 sq ft carriage house).
