At the June 8 work session, Planner Jenna Huennekens presented the compiled draft of the Greater Rigby Area Plan’s vision and guiding principles. Huennekens introduced phrasing such as 'Preserve Rigby's unique character' and 'Manage Growth Sequentially and Strategically,' and displayed existing zoning on the committee’s GIS map.
