Seward County commissioners voted unanimously to go into an executive session for attorney–client consultation about the Thresher Wind Project conditional use permit (CUP) proposal. A commissioner moved "I move for the County Commission to enter to Executive Session," specifying the purpose as attorney–client privilege legal consultation regarding the Thresher Wind Project CUP proposal; the motion was seconded and recorded as passing 5-0.
