Staff previews fall programming and upcoming park master-plan milestones
Staff told the board the park master-plan 5-year update (2021–2031) will come to council in October for funding discussions and previewed fall programs including 1,100 children registered for youth sports and the Harmony at the Harbor concert series starting in October.

Parks staff reported on programming and planning: the department is completing a five-year update to the 2021–2031 park master plan and anticipates bringing a finished product to City Council in October to discuss funding and scheduling. “We’re doing the 5 year update…Hopefully, by the end of the year, we'll be bringing that to y'all to review and council for approval,” the Staff member said.
