Council tables two code/permit items, approves FY 2023 audit
Summary

On item 6.A the council considered amending Harrison City Code 7-2-14F to make property owners responsible for sewer pump-out expenses. Will Butler moved to table the proposal and Charlie Shutt seconded; the motion to table passed with all members voting AYE. On item 6.B, Joe Cornell moved to table consideration of including all professional fees in building permits; Will Butler seconded and the motion to table passed with all AYE votes.
On item 6.C Will Butler moved to approve the FY 2023 audit; Debbie Lockhart seconded and the council voted to approve the audit with all members recorded as AYE. No amendments to these items were recorded at the meeting.
