The council adopted Resolution 2026-07 on July 14, 2026, authorizing application for and subsequent acceptance of grant funds by the Village of Hiram from the Hiram Community Trust and ratifying past actions now authorized by the resolution. Council suspended the rules (motion by Chris Szell, second by Chris Perme) and then passed the resolution (motion by Graham Rubin, second by Ed Frato-Sweeney). The vote was 6-0.
