A committee member pressed staff for an aggregated water study to understand cumulative impacts of multiple subdivision-level water tests on the aquifer. The member said the standalone tests were expensive and asked whether combining them could show broader aquifer risk: "It's an insane — it's an expensive study," the member said when discussing cost barriers to a consolidated analysis.
