Trustees order camera inspection and pre-classification for Drainage District 4
After engineering testimony and owner concerns, trustees directed Bolton & Menk to prepare an unofficial pre-classification (approx. $10,000) and to run a camera of the main tile; both motions passed unanimously at a continued hearing.

During the July 7 continued hearing, trustees debated whether to spend funds on a camera survey versus directing work toward improvements. Trustee Dan Friedrichsen asked that money be conserved for improvements, but trustees voted to proceed with both technical steps to better inform assessments.
