Health department outlines 2025 strategy, agent program expansion and water-sample results
Health Officer Amy Kleiber told the board the department is updating 2025 objectives, expanding its agent program and taking a lead role on a Compass Now assessment; staff collected 827 water samples (bacteria and/or nitrate) in 2024 and the county is awaiting a code update to partner with Iowa County on nitrate regulation.
