On Sept. 23 the O’Brien County Board of Supervisors authorized creation of an opioid committee and listed members and department representatives. The committee membership named in the minutes includes Nancy McDowell, Jared Johnson, Jessica Lange, Katie Morgan, Abby Wallin and Rhea Schmalen serving as a department representative.
