Council selects Apex Engineering for municipal engineering services

The City Council voted to accept Apex Engineering’s proposal for municipal engineering services on July 6. The motion to accept the proposal was made by Bill O’Connor and seconded by Niki Larson; the minutes state the motion carried. City Attorney Christina Wenko requested a Master Service Agreement for review; the minutes record that "James" will provide a copy of that agreement to Auditor Maria Kolling.
