The commissioners approved agreements permitting work on private property to clean ditches and improve roadway drainage in District 1. One agreement, submitted by Hunter Hegwood as an authorized representative for the Bureau of Indian Affairs (listed as "landowner"), covers work beginning at 135th & Watts on the south side moving west for one-half mile (T4N, R10W, Sec. 22, NE 1/4). The other, submitted by Will Sasser (landowner), authorizes cleaning a waterway beginning at the intersection of Trail and Bishop and traveling north 1,215 feet (SW/4 Sec. 4, T1N, R10W).
