Comanche County approves tuberculosis therapy contract and opioid-project encumbrances
The board approved a short-term contract with Paula Green to provide directly observed therapy for tuberculosis at up to $10 per visit and acknowledged encumbrances totaling $20,000 for opioid-related project professional services and $5,000 for legal services to support the county facilities authority.

The commissioners approved a memorializing contract between the Comanche County Health Department and Paula Green to provide directly observed therapy and related services to tuberculosis patients from April 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026 at a fee not to exceed $10.00 per service visit. The contract was listed on the consent agenda and approved as part of the consent motion on April 27.
