Comanche County approves tuberculosis therapy contract and opioid-project encumbrances

Separately, the board acknowledged several encumbrances tied to legal and opioid-related professional services: Purchase Order #265860 ($5,000) to Cabelka Law PLLC for legal matters related to the Comanche County Facilities Authority; PO #265861 ($10,000) from the State Opioid Abatement Program Fund to Court Related Services for project management of the Comanche County Opioid Project; and PO #265862 ($5,000) to Center for Economic Development Law for professional services associated with forming a public trust related to the opioid abatement settlement.
